Product Warranty
Gamrombo provides the following warranty for all esports gaming peripherals:

Standard Warranty Period
- Game Controllers/Gamepads: 12 months
- Headsets: 12 months
- Accessories: 6 months

Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects. Products with issues during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, abuse, or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by improper use or storage
