Return Period

Non-Returnable Items

- Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Return
1. Contact us at ava@gamrombogame.com to request return authorization
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. After receiving return authorization, ship the product to the designated address
4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product is defective).

- Defective or incorrect product: We cover return shipping
- Other reasons: Customer covers return shipping
